Our boxing skills and fitness training will get you fitter, stronger, faster and help you burn fat. Focusing on skills and technique using focus pads, strike shields and punching bags. As your fitness level improves we include HIIT (high intensity interval training). We also do footwork drills, agility ladder, bodyweight exercise, resistance training, skipping and running.

Learning good technique keeps your workouts safe from injury giving you the best results with the skills and knowledge for a lifelong fitness regime you can do anywhere.
