
BACKGROUND
Craig Beeby is a former Victorian Amateur State Champion, Oceania Games representative and has been a boxing coach for 36 years, group fitness coach for 24 years and Certificate iv Personal Trainer for 14 years. Craig has trained state and national champions in boxing, trained actors and worked as a technical adviser for film, TV and theatre. Craig is also a level 1 Matt Pilates instructor.
Skills and Technique
Learn punches and combinations using the focus pads and strike shields (moderate intensity).

Fitness and Conditioning
Applying evidence based HIIT exercises such as Trapp and Tabata using the strike shields or punching bags.

Resistance Based Exercises
Using bodyweight, TRX suspension training, resistance bands and weights.

Running
Middle distance, interval and sprints.
